Her books include the three-volume North Carolina Literary Trails series commissioned by the North Carolina Arts Council, and The Month of Their Ripening: North Carolina Heritage Foods Through the Year. Georgann Eubanks is a Festival favorite writer, documentary maker, and consultant. She serves on the board of Charlotte Lit and on the Exhibits Committee at the Charlotte Art League. Her poetry chapbook, The House Inside My Head, was published by Finishing Line Press in 2022.
